Inventor-e awarded 1st place for Van Stock Technology – PFH is supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), while quality is monitored by HouseMark.

PFH delivers complete, whole-house services to their Social Housing Member clients, including procurement frameworks, consultancy, technology, and dynamic purchasing systems. Their aim is to provide their customers with world-class services through an absolute commitment to innovation, service, and value.

The Materials & Associated Managed Services Framework brings together PFH’s market expertise and embraces lessons learned along the way to design a market-leading framework fit for the future. The framework is made up of 16 different lots, from basic materials supply across different material types to fully managed supply chain services.

Inventor-e submitted a response under the Multi-Vendor (Van Stock) Technology lot and has been awarded the 1st place ranking on the framework under this lot. Inventor-e provides a range of solutions, including weight sensor vending, NFC access control systems, stock control software, van stock management apps, and whole-life asset management systems.

“We’re delighted to have been awarded 1st place on the PFH Technology Lot,” said Damion Rothner, Business Development Director at Inventor-e Ltd. “PFH has an in-depth understanding of the Social Housing market, so it’s fantastic news for the sector that they’ve created a specific category within their framework for technology-based solutions that have the ability to drive significant benefits and savings. We’re looking forward to working with PFH to see how Inventor-e’s stock and asset management systems can play a pivotal role in their member’s digital transformation strategies, and the benefits it will bring.”
